Guide is part of our Terms and Conditions and may be used as a reference for undefined terms herein.
I. GENERALA. A transaction is only considered valid and binding once an official invoice has been issued by us and received by you. We reserve the right not to process or fulfill any order until an invoice has been sent.
B. All orders are PAYO unless otherwise stated in the selling post or invoice.
C. All payments are nonrefundable unless the order is out of stock.
D. Cancellation of order is not allowed. Cancellation Fee for extenuating circumstances only (to be determined by
us) is 70% of your total order amount and must be paid within 15 minutes after cancellation.
E. Deadlines of payment are fixed. If you miss a deadline of payment, you are required to pay the Late Payment Fee.
Late Payment Fee is an additional ₱ 25.00 per day to your total order amount after the deadline of payment until paid.
Late payments are accepted for up to 7 days only, after which the order will be forfeited without refund.
F. Estimated Time of Arrival of orders is subject to change depending on the manufacturer, site shipping schedule, and/or courier delays due to port congestion, inclement weather, holidays, customs and clearance, and peak seasons.
G. We are not liable for any manufacturing, design, or functionality defects that may come with your order.
If you believe there is an issue with the item you received, you must provide a raw, uncut unboxing video showing the outer packaging (all sides and with the waybill in full display) still sealed and intact.
We will assist you in communicating with the manufacturer to the extent of our abilities.
H. We have the right to cancel or refuse a claim/order from you even if you had already paid (we will refund you the exact amount you paid
via GCash only) if you are:
a) a scammer;
b) a known bogus buyer/joy reserver;
c) rude, condescending, lying, or demanding; and/or
d) in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
II. SHIPPINGI. Couriers and shipping fees for buyers with overseas shipping addresses are subject to change depending on the item (e.g. electronic, with batteries, or heavier than the standard weight for such item) and destination (i.e. city or remote area).
J. Our shipping schedule is every 15th and 30th of the month only. This is subject to change depending on our availability or if there are holidays.
Rush shipping is not available. Shipping updates can be found in our
tracker.
K. We are not liable for any damages, delays, or losses once parcels are handed over to the courier service.
If you believe there is an issue with your parcel's tracking status or condition incurred during transit, we will assist you in communicating with the courier service to the extent of our abilities.
III. GROUP ORDERL. All items are under FETA once shipped out from the origin country except Japan which is always under NETA unless otherwise stated.
M. Production delays may occur if there are issues with the manufacturer. Do
not order if you are impatient.
IV. SPECIAL ORDER OR BACKORDERN. Special Orders or Backorders are subject to stock availability. You accept that stocks may run out at any time and your reservation may be cancelled by the manufacturer/supplier without prior notice.
V. PURCHASING ASSISTANCEO. We are not liable for the condition of the orders placed through our purchasing assistance. If the order turns out to be fake, damaged, or has undisclosed flaws, you, the buyer, fully accept it
as is.
VI. REFUNDSP. We do not accept returns or offer replacements. Refunds will only be issued for orders that are out of stock.
Q. Unpaid or partially paid orders with overdue or missed payments are subject to forfeiture without refund if no response is received within 7 days upon receipt of the arrival notice.
VII. CONSOLIDATIONR. Consolidation period is 14 days per order code upon receipt of the arrival notice. After this period, your order will be forfeited without refund, and we have the right to resell or dispose of it at our discretion regardless of your payment.
